You should do a film about the post office. Make it so that they encourage that behavior, “Ok everyone, team meeting! Now, Sally made a woman stand in line for forty minutes before she gave up and left. Good job, Sally, but you need to take a lesson from Brent. He “went into the back room” eight times today “trying” to find a customer’s package. When Brent finally brought him his broken crystal vase, the man pissed himself he was so angry. Brent gets the gold start today.”
